The Attorney Toolbox:  How Brain Chemistry Impacts Making Ethics Decisions

By: Victoria Vuletich/ Ethics², LLC

This interactive and relaxed program identifies several basic neuroscience dynamics involved in making ethics decisions.  Knowing these dynamics equips lawyers to make better ethics decisions and decreases the stress involved in making them.  Concrete and practical tools are provided which attorneys can utilize immediately in their practices and personal lives.

Victoria Vuletich is a corporate educator, consultant and coach in Ethics & Professionalism. She has extensive and unique experience in professional ethics and its connection to individual and systemic wellness.

She is a frequent speaker and continuing professional education program provider and contributor, having spoken at Hertford College, Oxford University UK; The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum; the American Bar Association; the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies; and Grand Valley State University among others.

She is an Emeritus Professor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where she taught professional responsibility for over twelve years and served as an Assistant Dean, coaching students in honor code and discipline matters.   For ten years she was the Deputy Division Director/staff attorney to the Professional Standards Division of the State Bar of Michigan.

She is an avid swimmer and alternates between being an ardent Anglophile and Scotophile.
