Client Relations/Management Seminar

Panel discussion concerning client relations / management.  Three panelists: Angel Duff:  Director and Managing Counsel Legal HR and Diversity & Inclusion at Amway,  Dr. Bernice Patterson:  founder of Infinity Consultation Group, which provides interactive workshops on mental health and spirituality, cultural diversity and inclusion, and self-care and burnout prevention.  Before she started Infinity Consultation Group, Dr. Patterson was the first African American clinic manager at Pine Rest, she started Pine Rest’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative, and she still serves as Pine Rest’s Cultural Diversity Liaison and Valerie Foster: Deputy Director at the Kent County Office of the Defender.  Valerie is presenting on client relations / management.
