The GRBA's 2012 Minority Clerkship Program is now accepting applications from first-year law students interested in a summer clerkship in the Grand Rapids area. The deadline for submission has been extended to February 14, 2012. More details and the application form are available here.

Ask-The-Lawyer Program @ GR Public Library
The Grand Rapids Bar Association is partnering with the Grand Rapids Public Library to present a series of Ask-the-Lawyer programs. Attorneys will volunteer their time to answer general questions from the public on various topics. Each presentation will include an overview of the featured area of law followed by an interactive question and answer period. The events are free and open to the public. The Grand Rapids Bar Association offers a File By Fax service to file documents with the 17th Circuit Court clerks, Kent County Probate Court clerks, Judges' clerks and Circuit Court ADR Offices. The service is available to members and non-members. For more information click here.
