Attorney Grievances

For complaints against attorneys or judges, please contact the Attorney Grievance Commission at 313-961-6585 or Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, or please feel free to print out a Request for Investigation of an Attorney. 

Once a form is filled out and sent to the Attorney Grievance Commision, Marquette Building, 243 Congress, Suite 256, Detroit, MI 48226, your complaint is  reviewed by a Grievance Committee, where a decision is made whether or not  to investigate your case further. 

Please note that two copies of the request form must be sent in.  All grievances cannot continue without both copies.
